I tried tanning deer hide with brains. The instructions I got was to cut the brains up and wrap and coat outside with brains and bury it. I dug it up 6 months later..IT STUNK… I couldn't get past smell and not sure I would ever find a way to get smell out. So I reburied it…
I heard Glenn refer to his 30 06 rifle shooting moose. Does Glenn use a 30 06 to shoot a brown bear? I would be more comfortable with something a little larger, like maybe a 375 H&H.
