I think, by virtue of my own righteous experiences, that we all come to suffer from the illness that David suffered from. It is Spiritual Exhaustion. We cannot rest, emotionally, nervously, or, spiritually…and this is where the skills of Jesus Christ excel…because he can lead us to the paths of still water. It is a commotion caused by wasting our nervous strength, sinfully, and is so very complicated, that we need faith in Jesus Christ just to enter the path of repair he offers. Like David, we tend to talk to ourselves in excess but if we pin this need upon our prayers, our behaviour, and our faith, we are repairing via the science Almighty God calls, Righteousness.
