HILARIOUS that Joe thinks there is money left over from slavery. Im sorry thats been debunked Joe just like generational wealth which on lasts 2 generations in 99.99 percent of cases. Slavery has nothing to do with ghettos today btw because those places werent ghettos back in the 60's abd 70's. The culture of those areas drastically changed afrer crack showed up on the streets.

reparations make no sense, because for starters EVERY race has been enslaved, usually by its own racial group. then theres the issue , where does the culpability begin, is it at the buyer of slaves, is it at the people who shipped the slaves, or is it at those who rounded them up? because if its with the men who rounded slaves up & sold them, black africans will end up paying reparations to black Americans, and africans arent doing very good if you havent noticed. half a million white europeans were enslaved in north africa, which is double the number of slaves in the new world, do those whites get reparations? no sensible person thinks slavery was good, its why white europeans fought to stop it, but holding modern white responsible is insane, and too many people think roots the mini series was true, but it was fiction, 'a story to live by' as Alex haley said, not truth. white men were exploiting slaves, that is true, but black men sold them the slaves.
