What would this new jail system look like? What should we do with a serial rapist or murder? What should we do with those who rob people of their belongings or those who rob banks? Tell me what we should do and what it would look like?
It’s definitely not slavery. I think they should use them more to clean up the streets and build homes for the homeless and countless other jobs. I would bet most would rather do that to get out of there for 8 hours a day.
If Joe wasnt so busy being a star, maybe he would come to know that it is going on today and do something about it.
