Kettle bells really are a game changer. Even a light kettlebell warmup is great. Do a few circuits at light weight of KB swings, into squats, into presses all in one fluid motion and then some stretching afterwards and you'll be ready for almost anything. If you are going heavy on big compound lifts, ofc warmup with some lighter sets first, but a full body kettlebell warmup gets me more ready and more locked in than any other warmup ive done in the past. Makes me breathe heavy, makes me sweat, and gives my whole body a jolt and a good dynamic stretch. And for me personally, like I said, swings -squats-1 arm presses gets my whole body fired up and working in unison. I keep a light 15lbs KB in my room next to my desk for anytime ive been sitting too long, I do a few swings and squats and im loose as a goose. Theyre really the most economic, bang for your buck, type of exercise equipment. Versatile, effective, and dare I say, fun.
Two baldies don’t make a right.
