  1. I was taught turkish get ups by a strong first trainer and absolutely love that exercise. I wanna grow old doing it. Learning cleans and presses now which I prefer to just swings. I actually find swings pretty boring and like a necessary evil and minimize them compared to all the other moves. Highly recommend finding strong first trainers. Have learned so much body awareness with mine.

  2. For anyone searching, REP Fitness in Colorado sells quality gym equipment that is reasonably priced for the quality. I purchased a KB during COVID and lockdown. I have been more than satisfied with it and I have a few friends who have purchased equipment from them as well.

  3. I’m going to add a little bit of advice, using chalk with kettlebells helps tremendously. Nothing worse than sending a KB flying across the gym as the result of profusely sweating hands and having no control.
