  1. actually, I have the opposite effect. I only started gaining muscles consistently and fast after i began to pushing myself to my absolute limit every single set. Everyone's body is built differently

  2. To be fair to Ronnie, I thought it wasn't the lifting that did it but a bunch of botched back surgeries that left him as he is now. He even said before that you see him do that "LIGHT WEIGHT BABAAAAAYYY" because there's a camera there, and when there isn't a camera he's usually just chill and focusing on his sets and form.

  3. Hei guys, I’m Bulgarian and know that the most extreme training is the Bulgarian system which was used by the Bulgarian Weight lifting team which dominated this sport for many years including over the Russians. There is no a single Bulgarian weight lifter with damaged back and some of them never used a back support belt! What is this nonsense here???
