I love Duncan and his perspective on life and everything but I believe he's missing the mark on the drug problem. No body "loves" heroin; perhaps initially but that's short lived. People addicted to heroin are slaves to it.
Addicts would rather opt out of shelters that require sobriety for the streets for one reason. They'd rather not get sick from withdrawals. For anyone who hasn't experienced opiate withdrawals just think of the worst flu you've had but amplify it by a million. Then think about it you'd be eager to voluntarily go through the worst pain and sickness of your life. Often done without medical care.

you may have a hard time getting anywhere, but i would try asking first nations people about 'big foot', and be prepared to open to the concept of interdimensional.
