We missunderstood fat/body shamming by telling obese people it's healthy&ok. It's not. It's like telling alcocholic people they should drink cause they funny when drunk. It's not ok.
Laughting of fat people trying to move/ to loose weight is fat shaming. Often they do not move cause of shame. Encourge them, make them space for change.

Anyone else noticed Joe Rogan ain't chill when Tyson in the room every interview everytime read Joe's body language he's standing his dominance witch is normal too much bloke in that room 🤣
