  1. Bathsheba set David up. She knew exactly what she was doing. She saw a man with power and took the opportunity to set a trap for her to get pregnant by him so she can be set for life. The original queen of the thirst trap.
David fell for her trap and went down in history for it.
Sadly women are still setting the thirst traps for men of power, wealth and status to this day. All thanks to Bathsheba. However, I don’t feel sorry for both of them. They deserve each other for doing this wicked act.

The only person I feel sorry for is Uriah. Poor man. I hope justice was/get served to him.

  2. David knew who the woman was. They grew up together and portraying David as though he was ignorant of who this woman was is very misleading. This is not how the story began. David premaditated everything from the start and that's the whole story. His lust was planned and his query was just another way of saying to his servant, go get that woman. I have been lusting for her since my youth

  3. Why would the Lord God forgive David after what he has done?

Committing adultery and killing innocent man, is very unforgivable.

David might have been even more heartless than his predecessor King Saul.
