Simcard Jacobovich has the Ten Plagues largely figured out. What he has on it would be the vast balance of the explanation of it, if given the premise that such a thing did ever actually occur. You can tweak it around a bit, like throw in the Egyptian-ruled Shasu in Midian as being the actual people of Moses, but you have to include how the Santorini Eruption triggered the Plague sequence.
