This type of conversation makes me sick.
We worried about pollution and shit, meanwhile if you go to a supermarket how many of those items are wrapped in plastic?
How many supermarkets you have in the US? 1 million? Plus 10 million world-wide.
Multiply their sales all over the world – how much plastic is being produced and how much it's being thrown away?
How many million of tons of plastic are being produced to pack Nestlé's shit; water; milk; hygiene products; cosmetics; bags of sugar; salt; pepper; some fruits come in a plastic too; frozen stuff; toys; books; electronics; etc… etc…
All those multinationals producing a whole world of plastic and polluting the environment, and it's us who have to be conscious about it?!
Be fucking serious. If billionaires won't change their methods, how am I supposed to do any difference at all?!

Carbon Dioxide is a life giving gas. China and India are entering there S-curves of growth. The west could go to 0 emissions and the total would still go up. It's a farce or we are doomed. Explain the warming of the rate Roman period or the icing over of Greenland, or the mini Ice age of the 1600's. The Sun Spot Cycle, the wabble of the Earth on it's orbit have zero effect? The Earth was warmer in the past and has been getting warmer for the last 14,000 years.
