You the man Rob, never give up. Oh, and BTW The part I got out of the tabernacle being basically a replica of the earth we live on is like all things in the OT, it points to Christ. All of it. The way the tabernacle in the wilderness points to him is the same as the rest of scripture is that this was where communion with God took place – inside his temporary temple, in the harsh wilderness, where this stood the Shekinah of Almighty God would come down and dwell with his people, in the holy of holys. Just like after Christ came down and defeated death on the cross, he went back to The Father to be able to send the Holy Spirit to us, inside the actual earth this time, where it dwells in again in God's temple – his people''s hearts and bodies. At least thats what I get out of it, but I see the comnig Christ everywhere in the OT, I just love him.

JOHN17:15–"I pray NOT that You should take them out of the world, but that You should KEEP them from the evil." (NO RAPTURE HERE & IN SO MANY PLACES IN THE NT. This teaching is deeply ingrained in many people, so this is for all those who are still waiting on the return of our Lord: (CAPS are for emphasis only) Please read this w/ an open mind &n overcome your cognitive dissonance. Who was Yahshua speaking TO? What was the time frame & then you will find out that there is NO GREAT TRIBULATION coming, NO beast, NO rapture, LAST DAYS or END TIMES! HEAVEN AND EARTH' is an old covenant IDIOM which the followers of the Messiah were very familiar w/. t does not mean a LITERAL passing away of heaven & the earth. Check w/ respected bible scholars, ESPECIALLY D O N K P R E S T O N (BIBLE SCHOLAR) & DAVID B. CURTIS (BIBLE SCHOLAR) & there are MANY MORE. Also there's a great book entitled ESSAYS ON ESCHATOLOGY by Samuel G. Dawson that would be worth your read. Mat.16:28(JESUS said), Truly, I tell YOU, SOME WHO ARE STANDING HERE will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.” John 21:22– Yahshua answered, “If I want HIM to remain alive until I return, what is that to YOU? You must follow me.” 23 Because of this, the rumor spread among the believers that this disciple would not die. But Jesus did not say that he would not die; he only said, “If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to YOU?” All of the EPISTLES agree w/ these two scriptures & since Revelation was written before AD 70, it's clear to see that Jesus kept his promise to his disciples. Open your mind to studying what was truly said for THEN! Yahshua (or Jesus) is NOT returning thousands of years after he clearly told them some would be alive & that he was coming SOON (that word does NOT mean quickly) in several places & also in Rev. 1:1–The revelation of Yahshua which God gave unto Him to show unto his servants things WHICH MUST SHORTLY COME TO PASS…Pay attention to the AUDIENCE & their time frame. This covenant theology is taught throughout the whole NT. Don't TRY & MAKE IT FIT BY WATCHING WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE WORLD. LOTS has been written re: false reports of the end times w/ all THAT THEY WERE WATCHING from the FIRST CENTURY & THRU EACH CENTURY THEREAFTER! One of the books reporting this is called: The Day & the Hour by Francis X. Gumerlock. Western Christianity or any Christianity is NOT what the Bible is about! BTW, in the book of ENOCH the last judgment was to take place in the 70th generation from Adam & that time was in the FIRST century!!! (Judgment on Israel ended in AD 70!!!) Jesus was talking about an END to an AGE of the Old Covenant & to Israel b/c they refused HIM. (the following quote is from Adam Maarschalk) "After harmonizing the gospel accounts so as to prevent duplication, I have found that Jesus used the Greek word genea [generation] eleven other times outside Matthew 23:36 & 24:34, and that IN EACH CASE He was referring to His contemporaries and NOT TO A FUTURE GROUP OF PEOPLE.Rob, I KNOW your not crazy.
