There was never a 'fall' of Satan or "fallen angels"
There was a descent to earth by a confederate band of rebels ( bene ha Elohim ). Their leader was Shamyazza. Marduk ruled over them as eldest of the 'sons of god', but Shamyazza incited them to riot and rebellion. They took 200 Adapite ( Sumerian ) women to birth their offspring, the "Nephilim". They later imparted to humanity every craft, skill, technology, weapon, etc.

Like Jesus says even Satan can Transform himself into an Angel of the Light and he will deceive many. And if it were possible he would even deceive God own Elect ? If it were Possible. But God is going to make sure that His Elect will not be deceived by the deceiver which is the devil. Many people will believe a lie more , than they will the Truth because of there deeds were evil and the Truth is not in them. And they shall give themselves over to a reprobate and a depraved mind and go after and will listen to the Gospel of demons.
