Knowledge can be used for good or bad. I once worked for a employer who decided hunger was a way to keep people dependent and working hard. See any similarity? Man. Can use the same knowledge to manipulate others and make them dependent and it's increasing in order to make you compliant to become trodden down and go along with a agenda hat sets up the circumstances for the antichrist to rise toower out of the United push for one world government. The coming famine is deliberate, HOWEVER, you can see the hunger to your advantage if … you direct that hunger to God, instead of allowing it to make you compliant and end up taking the mark f the beast. It s better to starve the flesh and die into God and be raised up into eternal life with God, than be hungry and look to the manipulators being dependent on them.
i do intermittent fasting now 20/4 which is 20 hours of fasting and a 4 hours of eating every day but i have done 24hrs and 48hrs before.i do play around with intermittent fasting eating windows to sometimes its omad one meal a day a big meal.
id rather just fast every day like that then do long 30 day fasts.

I did a three day fast with one meal a day. It absolutely brought me closer to God. A pastor recommended and then volunteered to fast with me. It was amazing. Speaking of …. I’ll do it again next week.
