Angels are spirit beings and man is flesh, it is a fallacy to suggest fallen Angels had relations with women and bare children, scripture taken out of context, sons of God in this particular verse is referring to man not Angels, be fruitful and multiply is only exclusively for Adam and his descendants, Angels are above men but were created to serve God and can not reproduce with their kind or with humans.
