People of faith should recognize when biblical figures commit atrocities. We don’t need to pretend something is pleasant just because it was Gods will. There are quite a few things I’m gonna ask him about when it comes my time, such as-do you feel nothing for all the pain you’ve commanded be done in your name? Complain about my perspective all you want, I’m a realist and God gave me a mind for a reason, I’m not some mindless follower. I want answers that only come after death and because of that, I don’t find this part of the Bible to be very pleasant. My namesake was genocidal and killed children. I want to understand what that’s okay.
Nephilim and Anakim are both Giants. Giants are always bad. "Heros of old" does not mean good, just strong, impossibly strong. I recomend listening to the "In the Land of Giants" episode of the "Lord of Spirits" Podcast.
Funny, I watched thousands of real Nephilim Giants and their beasts fighting in battles recently….on Google Earth. Yep. They are giants ya know?
