people always speak about me physical abuse but imagine the kids who live with narcissistic parents who try living through their kids, and beat the shit out of their kids but with words, my parents were like this and i’m just now doing shit on my own and sometimes i second guess things because of shit they’ve always said. i have one friend who’s mother never put her hands on her but would say the most shit about her it was so exhausting she can barley function, she has anxiety takes pills for it and everything because she’s so scared of being a disappointment or somethin. people who don’t plan to have kids shouldn’t be called parents because you know a big part of them didn’t want the kid and sooner or later that kid will realize it. it happens all the time i remember being in school and kids who were 16 and younger would be kicked out of their houses because they’re “adults” and their parents didn’t wanna raise them anymore, their excuse was “well you can get a job now i don’t you around you’re holding me back” holding you back from what? you got knocked up and now you wanna blame things on the child, it’s crazy.

I remember they became a fashion trend in the late 1980’s, for both teen-early 20’s girls and guys. Although it was mostly d-bags who wore them. It was kind of like, “Ugh, some dude with a Bolo Tie and crispy hair was hitting on my friend”.
