No, I grow far more when things are going my way, in the same way that a flower grows when it's receiving sunlight and water. This mindset that growth only happens when you're at rock bottom is psychotic boomer nonsense.
I wish this wasnt true but i grow the most when i hit rock bottom. Breakups and bad times and stuff, i get like this calm anger wich makes me so motivated
