There are video games that don't require much effort, like COD, but rts games, puzzles, or fighting games keep you on your toes. I have been playing chess for over a decade and I used to be able to say that there is no game compared to it. That isn't true, though. Tetris requires a lot of the same skills a chess player needs. Rts games are getting very close to the same level of skill it requires in chess. It has probably another decade before it truly gets there.
