Other religions are just as ridiculous as Scientology. Stop acting like the stories in The Bible and other “holy” books aren’t ridiculous and the leaders of their churches aren’t getting rich on the backs of their brainwashed congregations.

There are more than a few people commenting about when they were approached by a scientologist or a similar kind of freak and asked a bunch of personal questions, and I find that to be odd.
If I'm out and about doing whatever and a total stranger walks up to me and starts asking relatively personal questions about my life like these freaks do.
I'm immediately telling the guy to f*** o** and go away, maybe even help him go away.
I'm NOT going to have a conversation with him, and I'm definitely not going somewhere to have a coffee with him so we can continue talking.
The whole idea of it is just creepy as hell.
The “Going Clear” documentary was fascinating. I never understood Scientology. But I do now. It is not a religion, it is a cult.
I never understood the whole scientology-Tom Cruise obsession part. Lets say for arguments sake that literally everything that people have said about scientology is true to the letter. On the dot. All of it. In what way is Tom Cruise personally responsible for all of it? He's the poster boy they say. Is he really though? Or does he just happen to be the most famous member?
I mean are we gonna pull the same card on the catholic church? You know with all those disturbing cases of pedohilia going on over there? Who's the most famous catholic in Hollywood? Are we gonna put him or her on blast for that? Would that be fair in any way?
