I believe that having a "belt system" ,"levels", "inner circles" hierarchies, is generally a very bad thing. It gives members of whatever organization a sense of superiority over members on a lower rung. It's a total manipulation. Grades received from school could also fall into this idea. Because these criteria, whatever they are measuring are limited. They do not measure everything. Impossible. Stay away from hierrchical organizations. It's bull.
