What about multivitamins?
Me and my wife been taking mega doses of Vitamin D3 (with magnesium and K2). Both in our 40rties , relatively healthy and unvaccinated. We both got Covid recently and to us it was but a little worse flu (maximum temperature 38.5 C and sore throat for one day)
vitamin d3 is rat poison.think about that most health studies are carried out on rats and mice.

I have Post-viral Syndrome after a quick 1-2 punch of COVID & a cold, in the spring of 2022. After the cold, ever-worsening fatigue & joint pain & psychotically itchy guttate psoriasis reared their ugly heads. I wish I had been taking this cocktail before I ever caught that shit. It's miserable.
