  1. For those of you that think 10,000 IU's of vitamin D3 is a lot, Remember, there's a big difference between milligrams and International Units. I may be wrong but not by much, 10,000 IU's of vitamin D3 is equal to .25 or 1/4 of a Milligram. You can always get real vitamin D3 by just going outside and getting 15 minutes of direct sunlight on your face and arms, without sunscreen (at your own risk of spontaneous combustion).
