Just got diagnosed for Covid and watching this to see what I got do
My vitamin D level was 109 a year ago and I take 2000iu vitamin D with K2 100mg
Thanks Doc for explaining the Chinese the “supply chain” issue. I never really believed there was an issue, it was just Chaina screwed most of the world because of the 2019 “flu” and closing their own country down so, the rest of the world that is dependent on Chinese made crap can’t get products. Again, this explains it. Go Joe! 🤟🏼
