Before you start fasting, ask guidance from the God and dont set /plan how many days and what kind of fasting you have to fast. Let the Holy Spirit guide you on how many days and what kind of fasting, after 1 day fasting ask God if you continue to fast and if you can drink water and eat solid food and repeat it on 2nd day, 3rd day, 4thd day, 5th day and so on. While you are in fasting pray and read your Bible 🙏
