  1. As someone whose attempted suicide 8 times, I 100% HATE anti-depressants and any doctor that prescribes them! Eat more lean red meat, salmon, sardines, beef liver, eggs, sweet potato, berries and avocado. Eat less vegetables and processed carbs, and fast food. Get sunlight. Fresh Air. Exercise. And intermittent fasting (esp. on days that you decide to have a cheat meal). I feel so much better physically and mentally at 380lbs on this diet, then I did at 240lbs on a “healthy” standard diet.

  2. Seems like humanity’s biggest flaw is admitting that we might be wrong. Instead people tend to double down and that causes more problems. Imagine if people can admit their wrongs where would we be right now? Probably would’ve colonized the moon and Mars already… people are fucking stupid.
