  1. Eat until you're not hungry anymore and throw the rest away. As Americans we all have this subconscious voice that makes us feel terrible about wasting food. That adds another problem because portion sizes are way too big.

  2. eating isnt the way to lose weight, unless its combined with activity. if you want to lose weight, you need to MOVE. i eat pizza, or candy occasionally, even potato chips, but i also walk 20-30 miles / week & i keep dropping weight, & im these guys age. i dont drink soda, or any of that garbage, also i dont drink booze or beer, drinking your calories is a bad idea
