Not sure if it's in this video but it's in the podcast…all dairy requires rape, usually also involves kidnapping and other abuse. These cows are bred to produce more milk than normal. Like humans, they must give birth to produce milk. So they are forcibly impregnated then have their children (who the milk is actually intended and designed for) taken away, usually given to the meat industry (veal). They aren't lovingly hand milked, they're hooked up to machines that are painful and cause damage. This is their life until they are too old to produce milk then they are also given to the meat industry. Vegetarians don't actually save any lives they just ensure cruelty during their lives before becoming meat. Stop trying to defend and rationalize and justify certain forms of animal cruelty, just leave animals alone. There is nothing in our modern world that necessitates animal exploitation, everything can be made from plants or synthesized in a lab. 1 Corinthians 8:13
