I've been eating nothing but eggs and dove breasts or deer and lifting light weights for a week now. Started of at 186lbs now I'm at 174lbs.
Carnivore diet, paleo, fasting.. hmm So Dr SEBI did know what he was talking about.. he was just promoting a more “extreme” version of all of these diets.
