Imagine hate speech laws were passed in the US 2 years ago, whilst Trump was in office. The BLM protests start gaining traction and lead to an increase in riots, arson and damage to property. Clearly whatever is being said at the BLM rallies is inciting violence, so is a form of hate speech…BLM protests would become illegal.
WHY TRUST OUR RIGHTS TO JOE BIDEN?
