you cannot ban hate speech because any law that limits it cannot function fairly or function at all

Hate speech is so small compared to hate crimes of violence. Yet our modern media dislikes the speech more than the Pshyical crime.
The truth is Germany has already done this with success and the fact that we’re dragging our feet is pathetic. Because normal speech and hat speeds are dramatically different and here’s why. Hate speech is absolutely the equivalent of saying fire in a crowded theater because the end is always exactly the same death, while other forms of speeds have multiple outcomes some good some bad. The United States fought a world war started by hate speech which ultimately proved there is no redeeming quality to it. Will it be difficult to categorize hate speech, no that’s just excuse to keep hate speech around and the constant death going.
