You have given false teaching with your title, which could lead people to error if they do not search the scriptures for themselves to see whether the things you are teaching are true.
God DID NOT turn King Nebuchadnezzer into an animal. The scriptures do not imply this AT ALL. What they DO say is that his hair shall grow like feathers and his nails like talons. As in similar to. In other words, he would have appeared to others as a man with unkempt hair and fingernails. That's it. There was no physical transformation of any kind into a beast of any kind. It had nothing to do with lycanthropy.
Remember that teachers shall receive a weightier judgment from God. You would do well to amend the title of this video, as well as anything within it that may be contrary to what the scriptures teach, lest you lead people astray. More than once it seemed like you were saying that Nebuchadnezzer built the Tower of Babel. It was built, and destroyed, long before he was even born. This may not have been your intention, and if that is the case, you communicated it poorly.
That doesn't sound like the dream Daniel interpreted.
