It's definitely more common than people think. I have multiple family and friends who were molested as children. As a kid walking home from the bus stop many times men would try and get me in their cars. This world is very sick.
Pedophilia is not a sexual preferance, it is predation, Age is not a sexual preference, you can like guys or gals, but a kid grow up and they will find another one, that is not a preferance, it is a predatory tactic
He's so right in that those we put the most faith in to nurture us and protect us, often, are in denial when faced with the fact that someone they love is a predator. It happened to me and for whatever reason, I've been able to identify the same abuse in others and those who have a similar story, mostly women, I find that it was a step parent or close family friend and often times their story goes unprovoked. It's such a dangerous cycle and had my parents not have given me a strong moral foundation, I fear the person I might have become, because as an only child, i had to deal with this solely for 14 years…
if ur convicted of molestation just once u should be castrated if u somehow do it a second time it should be death they're way to fucking easy on these scumbags
