It says in the Bible that the children of God love correction. I admit that I am far from perfect, but it is our father's correction on me that I always value. It is by correcting myself, willingly, that has me understand that it is by his grace and compassion of mercy that his correction is because he loves me. God doesn't correct children of the devil, because they don't care. I will take my father's rod, gladly every time, instead of choosing to spoil and rot.
