I've been thinking of starting a 3 days fast to grow more spiritually but I'm a beginner and i don't know how to go about it. Can anyone filled with the spirit teach me how? Thank you and God bless!

Man fasting is not to confess unto mam but personal unto God. Yet people running around I'm fasting
And fasting is not about more but about the flesh dying to the flesh. This was a law which is no more Jesus dying for your sin remove fasting for that purpose. When Jesus die we gained all power so your not fasting for more but it's subject under your flesh when u struggle with your fast and it doesn't take no 40 days to say OK most people fasting for all the wrong reasons this is such an misunderstood and miss Interpreted word still even when preach nope because fasting is personal and it's not with all people u can't even stand with someone in fasting because it's about your flesh and what u struggle with nothing else. Jesus dying on the cross did away with any begging or asking for what is already yours this is only subject under the flesh struggle. Through ignorance, I believe God still honors it. Because he says long as what they do Honors me let them be
