Distilled water. Focused thought and prayer. Focus on what your grateful for. Your body will heal up and tighten up. Fasting slows down the candida fungus too which eats the body and eventually could turn to cancer if you feed it enough refined sugar. Those on the path of self building, hope this helps. š¤āļøš
