Why don’t we welcome anyone with no criminal record that can work. Charge them 25% income tax, and refuse to allow anyone that can’t work. Then, secure the border, and make them use and pass DuoLingo for English on a 4 year plan. If they can’t get a good legal paying job and finish Duolingo, along with complete any other good requirements, they can be put up for deportation.
