We love people using mistranslations used to push agenda, while using the Bible. I respected a lot of what you said, as someone who isn’t new to Torah. The reason it says what it does, was to prevent anal sex as it is insanitary, as this chapter is telling people the dos and donts of sex because man is not expected how to know how to use his penis and where it does and does not belong.
The world is not accepting of it, current politics proves that. There’s someone in your congregation who gladly procreated with a queer woman and chooses not to have contact with the children that came from it after. But then there’s also people there who are raping “barely legal” women as well. Hm… 😂
