Why couldn't Samson see how untrustworthy Delilah
was during the first three times ? I mean his intuitions were right the first three times.
Samson's story is very simple: AVOID STRANGE WOMEN !
They will destroy your life completely and even compromise your eternal security. They will also destroy the lives of your children.
The Old Testament is full packed of admonishments for men about women.
There is a definitely a lesson here, because Delilah sold out Samson for some lousy silver.
So you must be very careful when sharing with non believers. Can’t fully trust unequally yoked people to put the same understanding or value on an anointing or the purpose of an anointing. Their reasons for wanting to know where his strength came from was for their own interest not for Godly purposes. Delilah didn’t genuinely love Samson, the enemy used her to manipulate him.
