The United States of America is greatest country on Earth. We should not tolerate homeless especially when its this bad, no matter if it's California or another state.
I agree we need to address the homeless problem in America πΊπΈ. However everything the government touches turns into a pile of sh.. the church as well as the private sector should rise up and fix this somehow
