Nor do not want to be on that List because once you are its a BAD day. I say we call the top 10 leaders in to a room and say, “you can continue to run drugs and we will continue to thwart you. In exchange for this you can continue to make money. However, you will fund, out of your own bottom line, road construction, schools, hospitals and provide public safety. You will also conduct terf wars without harming civilians.” Then when they balk at it pull up live feed of each of the locations of their children at their homes from live Drone Feeds. And then flash to a image of a hellfire missile hitting a building and the after math.
Everyone will get the picture. Roads will get built. Hospitals refurbished. Far less violence. Everyone wins.
And if they forget, vaporize 2 or 3 houses with their immediate family members inside. Keep doing that until you get the result you want.
