The first High Priest had to die because the people weren’t satisfied, so Aaron gave them Baal just like the first King of Israel had to die because they weren’t satisfied and wanted a human king, so God gave them Saul. Moses pierced the rock and water came out just like the people crucified The Rock before people as water poured from His side. Peter was a fisherman of men, walked on water, lacked faith during the heated moments and struck the guard and was ready to kill for The Lord. Moses fished the people out of Egypt, walked through waters and lacked faith during heated moments, struck the rock and was ready to kill for the Justice of the Hebrews.
Peter and Moses both started a new era in time whereas Christ comes through to finish The Works because due to man’s corruption by defiling their temples, man must fall before The Lord and no sin can exist in the presence of God. The sword of Peter sparked a revolution for Justice as The Staff of Moses sparked a exodus for Israel as a pillar of smoke and fire led them to a new period of time.
