My Dad went to the VA and the nurse put a generous blob of Vaseline on his toe fungus and then put his sock back on. It suffocated the fungus. I also started to get it and every time I went to the bathroom I put a dropper solution of white wine and lemon juice under the toenail. Both methods worked but you have to keep doing it. You cannot use the same clippers without sanitizing them in between cause it is contagious and will just reintroduce the spores into the skin/nail. Fungus needs warmth, wet, air and food (your skin and nail) to live. Create a toxic environment with alcohol, citrus and/or suffocation—it works! But you have to cut off the bad stuff when it grows out slowly and sanitize the clippers thoroughly before the next use with bleach.
