I have witnessed of a shape shifting being which partially shape shifted willingly or unwillingly I don't know. but his face changed into a snout. At the time (2012) I had no knowledge of reptilian shape shifters and thought it was the snout of a large dog without the hair. It only lasted for a few seconds but I will never forget it. So no doubt they are exist among us now!
