Everyone here knows him, his story, his movies, his philosophy, his quotes. People talk about where they were when they found out he died like Americans do for JFK. There are shrines of him in every gym and dojo. There's a statue of him at the waterfront. When I first visited Hong Kong, I never thought I would meet so many people who knew of his work. It's like the whole town is a Bruce Lee fan club. His legacy is HUGE here.
