Moses never grew up in the House of Israel. He grew up in the House of Pharaoh so he never knew the children of Israel God ? Great JEHOVAH so God had to make Himself known to Moses just like God had to make Himself known to Abraham and all the rest of the Prophets before He calls them. So God had to prove He was the only Sovereign LORD of the Universe by doing Miracles because the gentiles of the times like The Egyptians were worshipping god's that were false. They could not talk move , they were only dead statues that men carver out of stone and made them with there own hands and bowing and worshipping those dead stones that they called god's because of there own Ignorance and fears of trying to explain there own existence. God for a Long time when sin entered into the World because of the Fall of man. God let man go on to think what was right in his own eyes , until God called out somebody that would hear and listen and that man was Noah who was a Righteous man in his Generation. And who made Noah Righteous ? God did. Noah didn't make himself Righteous. It was the same with whomever God calls out for to do His Will. Just like God ordained Moses before The Foundation of the World to be His Lawgiver upon The Earth. So God had to totally convince Moses that He was The God of his Fathers , The Great IAM through The Miracles that God did in Moses presence. Like God told Moses to throw down the staff that he had and God turned the staff into a serpent , and God told Moses to pick the Serpent up by the tail and it turned back into a staff again. And also God told Moses to put his hand inside his Bosom and then take it out of his Bosom then Moses hand turned as white as Leprosy , and God said unto Moses then put your hand back into your bosom and take it out again and Moses hand became whole and was cleansed and healed. And these were the Signs that God showed Moses. And also Moses heard God talking out of a Burning Flaming Bush that wasn't even burning up or Consumed. God was showing Moses His Control and Power through the Miracles that He did. Just like any other that person that God calls out. That person has to Grow in Grace , and to Learn the ways of God. And that person has to learn how to hold on to God's Unchanging Hands.
Because God allowed him to learn to trust Him. God proved Himself to Moses. Just like He proves Himself to all His children.
Today we are only saved by BELIEVING The Gospel of Jesus Christ,1 st Corinthians Chapter 15 verse 1-4.Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins,was buried and rose again on the third day.Jesus Christ Shed Blood is what saves you when you believe this plan of salvation with your heart.
Notice God says "ALL MY WONDERS," meaning God had already instructed Moses that it would take many wonders to soften Pharaoh's heart in order for him to let God's People go. Perhaps Moses forgot this when he cried out to God when the people complsimtg to him about the hard labor the Egyptians inflicted on them after Moses went before Pharaoh… I would have explained to them God said by "ALL" of His Wonders so that they wouldn't be so impetuous & temperamental…
Moses is a bit bewildered.
The snake is our lowest part of our mind. God is showing Moses what he is from toe to head. The snake wants to bite like our ego. It look outward. If controlled by your higher awareness it can be a tool. The snake eats Pharoah's. The hand denotes the difference between inner spiritual thought and our outer world. Our skin is like a boundry. Taking whats outside inwards shows that our world is tainted.
Moving across waters is moving across boundries. We have to leave old ideas behind before moving on. Pharoah symbolizes those around you who dont want you to leave their level of awareness. This not only happens outwardly but also in your mind. Your mind attaches to memory of what it likes and so is looking back as it goes through the door.
