dude cut from 190 to 145 that’s actually crazy
This is what really pisses me off with all fighting sport. His normal weight is 180 but there allowed to fight at 145 cause they cut weight and most of it is water so if they can rehydrate without being Ill from it there fight weight is 160 at least. It’s bollocks. Fight at your normal weight. They need to do the weigh ins before you step in the cage.
