Please pray for me as I unexpectedly lost my husband at the intentional hands of the hospital.. my grief is heavy. It seems so cold n lonely but I have YAHUAH/YAHUSHUAH. My own family/friends (non believers) seem to have abandoned me at the worst time ever.. no calls no visitors I have no like minded saints around me.. my only fellowship is through the internet.. I did 1 Peter with my dad recently. I think he told me I need pure speech several times. I fail there sometimes in my walk and I've struggled with alcohol. I got to become more Holy. I really do want to be his representative. Pray I can overcome these foolish passions.
1 Peter 1:15-16 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
1 Peter 2:1-2 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings, As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
1 Peter 2:11-12 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul; Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.
1 Peter 3:10-11 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
