😂 Love your show it is dam straight fact s choice s matter people don't get that? Words matter
No one moves in this country because they don't have to. You can get in your car and drive anywhere. You don't even have to drive to get the things you need anymore. Why would anyone be skinny if they never move?
You can go to the gym and be a hamster in a wheel, but you're still not moving around for 99% of your day.
Back in the day people walked everywhere. My great grandfather walked 20 miles a day because he didn't want to pay the extra nickel for the streetcar. It was the great depression and every nickel counted when it came to feeding his four kids.
We live lives that are just too comfortable these days.
Not concerned about whether you're fat or not but as an Aussie hearing Bill bagging free health care (which we have) I just think, 'Well you're wealthy enough to afford it if anything happens to you'.
